Determination of the Mining Lease

MANGAN Chvaletice has successfully passed the key permitting process of Determination of the mining lease and has been the holder of the Trnávka mining area since 23 January 2025. It is an administrative boundary set for mineral extraction by the District Mining Authority for the purpose of defining the area in which the mining organization to which the mining area has been established has the right to economically extract a certain deposit of reserved mineral.

The Trnávka mining area has been designated for the extraction of the exclusive deposit of the critical mineral manganese ore. MANGAN Chvaletice, s.r.o. is the only entity authorized to use this deposit. Without the consent of our company, no activities may be carried out in the mining area that would jeopardize the future use of the deposit. This authorization is unlimited in time and replaces all existing permits from the Mining Authority.
