EIA consent opinion for our project
On 27 March 2024, the Ministry of the Environment issued a binding opinion on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for our project Recycling of the Chvaletice-Trnávka tailings.
This is a key permit, which is an important milestone in the permitting process and in the further implementation of the project. Further permitting processes, including the determination of the extraction area, the zoning decision and the construction permit, will depend on this permit.
We will continue to strive to maximise the benefits to local residents and the Czech Republic through the implementation of our project.
