Preliminary purchase agreement with French car battery manufacturer Verkor

We are pleased to announce that our parent company, Euro Manganese Inc., has entered into a preliminary purchase agreement for high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM) with Verkor, a low carbon battery manufacturer seated in Grenoble, France. The first deliveries have been preliminarily agreed for 2027, i.e., following the start-up of the production plant. The deliveries are planned for 8 years with the possibility of an extension.
